My first art installation was at Name Gallery in 1986. The installation was based on Senoi Dream Theory which maintains that you can influence the unconscious in order to address a specific issue in day to day reality. As part of the installation I built a small hut out of carpet padding and sticks which I slept in overnight along with several symbols that addressed my intended investigation.
