The location, Ravenswood Manor, is bordered by the polluted Chicago River. To honor the efforts of Friends of the Chicago River in their cleanup attempts I documented wave patterns in the cleanest body of water in Illinois. The frame of burnt beams acknowledges the Chicago fire of 1871.
